Premier Partner Program Guidelines
Inscape Data Corporation invites all resellers and system integrators to participate the Premier Partner Program and enjoy the wide range benefits.
In order to provide the best service and support possible to all the premier partners, a reseller or a system integrator is required to complete the following application process:
- Complete the online application by going to, http://www.inscapedata.com/enroll.asp.
- Send a copy of your sales permit issued by your state or local government by post mail, e-mail, or fax (408) 935-8900.
- To enroll as a Gold or Diamond partner, a one-time purchase of demo products is required from one of Inscape Data's authorized distributors:
o If you participate in the wireless premier program or video premier program, you are required to purchase at least $2000.00 of any products after the demo discount selected from the AirEther long range wireless or AirGoggle IP based video security products (demo discount applied to the purchase).
o If you participate in the master reseller program, you will be required to purchase at least $3,500 (final invoice value) of any products after the demo discount selected from the AirEther long range wireless and AirGoggle IP based video security products (demo discount applied to the purchase).
- In addition to all the benefits of the Premier Partner Program beyond the sliver partner, when meeting or exceeding the annual purchase goals, Inscape Data will offer the following rebate directly to the premier partner based on the purchase level:
Gold Level:
o $120,000.00 annual purchase volume = 1% Rebate
Diamond Level:
o $150,000.00 annual purchase volume = 1.5% Rebate o $200,000.00+ annual purchase volume =2% Rebate
- All purchases must be based on products purchased from one Inscape Data’s authorized distributor in order to be qualified for the rebate and discounts, and the purchase from different distributors can’t be combined.
- It the reseller’s responsibility to ensure each of their purchase is recorded properly and correctly by the authorized distributor, and Inscape Data encourages each reseller to maintain proper purchase records for any future reward if needed. Inscape Data will not intervene any dispute between the authorized distributor and the reseller. Inscape Data takes no responsibility if any discrepancy occurred and caused by the authorized distributor or the reseller.
In general, the standard reseller discount is ranged from 15% to 20% depending on a product category, this program offers up to 28% discount when meeting the highest purchase level. Upon completing the process, Inscape Data will mail you a premier partner certificate.
General Provisions: Inscape Data reserves the right to make any correction of the program and to void any claims that do not comply with the terms and conditions heretofore set forth.
